Yes! You can submit your own design, logo, or artwork. A $75 design fee applies for custom images outside our pre-designed collection, which includes three image revisions.

Design Fee & Customization Requests

  • A $75 design fee is applied when a request is made outside of our pre-designed collection. This fee covers the initial design work and includes up to three (3) image changes during the revision process.
  • Additional image changes beyond the three included revisions will incur a $15 fee per change.

Approval Process

  • A digital proof will be provided for approval before engraving begins.
  • Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.

Production & Turnaround Time

  • Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete after final approval.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Final Sale Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • If there is a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
